Code Of Conduct
Parents, guardians and students must abide by the rules and regulations of the school.
l Overall discipline and School – decorum must be maintained.
l Everyone associated with the school is responsible for the maintenance of beauty & cleanliness of the institution.
l Act of vulgarity and every gesture against the moral tone of the school will be accounted rigorously.
l Parents / guardians are not allowed to see their children or interview teachers during school hours and without the permission of the Academic Head.
l The school calendar year is from APRIL to MARCH
l The Classes ordinarily are conducted from Mon.-Fri.
Special Classes, Exams., Meetings, Parent-teacher meetings are conducted on
REGULARITY & PUNCTUALITY
l Students are expected to reach the school at least 15 min. before the scheduled time.
l The School gate closes at 8.25 A.M. Students coming late have to return home.
l Regular attendance is a must for all the students.
l Unavoidable absence due to illness bereavement etc. must be timely reported to the school stating the actual duration of absence, preferably supported by a Medical certificate in case of illness. In no case a sick student be sent to school.
l Children suffering from contagious or infectious diseases will not be permitted to attend their classes until they are medically fit to do so.
l No special arrangements can be made for students who remain absent from
l Half day leave or early departures shall not be granted except on special cases
with prior permission from the Principal.
l Application for long leaves should be submitted to the Principal through the
class teacher concerned. Considering the importance of the situation the
Principal may not grant the leave.
l If a student remains absent due to illness for more than three days, He/She has
to submit a Medical & Fitness certificate on the day he/she joins.
VACATIONS / BREAKS
There are three important vacations/breaks in an academic session
SUMMER VACATION * AUTUMN BREAK * WINTER BREAK.
Besides, the school remains closed on every government
prescribed holidays. The school remains closed on SUNDAYS.
Each and every student must have an ID Card duly countersigned by the PRINCIPAL. It should bear a stamp-sized coloured photograph of the pupil in school uniform. This card will facilitate the escort to collect their child quickly and safely after the School hours. No one will be permitted to take their child unless he/she produces the Id Card at the gate.
